Refund policy

Smoking Revolver BBQ & Spice Co. accepts return requests for unopened rubs and sauces within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email tsrevolver@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

For food safety, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened rubs or sauces.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if available. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate remedy.

After we receive and review an eligible return, we’ll let you know whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We’ll explain any applicable return shipping costs when we provide return instructions.
