Returns for rubs and sauces

To request a return, email tsrevolver@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. Rubs and sauces must be unopened and in their original condition. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

For food safety, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened rubs or sauces.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at tsrevolver@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome and process any approved refund to the original payment method. We will provide return instructions, including any applicable return shipping costs, when your request is approved.
